Every pack holds the same sock. Here is what each pair costs:

• 1 pair: $9.99
• 3 pairs: $21.99 in Crew, which is $7.33 a pair, or $22.99 in Knee High, which is $7.66 a pair
• 6 pairs: $35.99 in Crew, which is $6.00 a pair, or $36.99 in Knee High, which is $6.17 a pair
• 12 pairs: $64.99 in Crew, which is $5.42 a pair, or $67.99 in Knee High, which is $5.67 a pair

Shipping is free to US addresses on orders of $19 and up, so every pack ships free. A single pair on its own ships for $4.95.

Which one fits you? The 3-pack is a low-cost way to try your size. The 6-pack is the middle choice. The 12-pack has the lowest price per pair and means fewer trips to the laundry. Comparing prices? With a fresh pair each day, a 6-pack covers a week with a spare, and a 12-pack covers almost two weeks between washes.

The mixes, explained

Each pack lets you choose a mix, in Crew or Knee High:

• Classic Mix: equal numbers of Black, White and Marble Grey. The 3-pack has one of each, the 6-pack two of each and the 12-pack four of each.
• Prints Mix: our patterned socks. The 3-pack has Black Stars, Grey Polka Dot and Purple Stripes. The 6-pack has one each of Black Stars, Grey Stars, Grey Polka Dot, Dusk Blue Stripes, Purple Stripes and Sky Blue Stripes, and the 12-pack has two of each.
• All Black: every pair black, so they always match.
• All White: every pair white, which makes daily foot checks easy.
• Assorted, 12-pack only: all 10 colors in one box, with 2 Black, 2 White and one each of the other eight.

The American Diabetes Association suggests white or light-colored socks, because a cut or drainage is easier to spot. The All White and Classic Mix packs make that simple.

Mixing lengths and sizes

Each pack is one length and one size. If you want both Crew and Knee High, or you are buying for two people, add two packs to your cart. Orders of $19 and up ship free, so any two packs ship free together. Not sure of the size yet? Start with a 3-pack before you buy a 12-pack.

What's in every pair

A loose, non-binding top band that stays up without squeezing. A smooth flat toe seam. A terry-cushioned sole. A breathable cotton-rich blend of 80% cotton, 13% polyester, 5% rubber and 2% spandex. Imported. Mi Socks are non-compression comfort socks, not a medical treatment.

To keep them soft, machine wash cold on gentle and hang dry. Skip bleach and fabric softener.
