Where we ship

Mi Socks ships to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses yet.

Shipping cost

Orders under $19 ship for $4.95. Orders of $19 or more ship free, so every 3, 6 and 12 pair pack ships free.

When your order ships

Orders ship within 7 business days from our supplier's warehouse overseas. You'll get an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery time

USPS delivers most orders 5 to 12 business days after they ship. Please allow 6 to 19 business days from the day you order.

Duties and taxes

Import duties are included in our prices. Nothing is due when your order arrives.

Late or missing orders

If we can't ship your order within 7 business days, we'll email you a new ship date. You can accept it or cancel for a full refund. If your tracking hasn't changed in 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 19 business days after you placed it, contact us at misocks.co/pages/contact with your order number. We'll trace it with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
