What are they made of?

80% cotton, 13% polyester, 5% rubber and 2% spandex. The small amount of stretch fiber is what lets the top stay up without a tight ring, so these aren't 100% cotton. Ask a doctor first if you have a latex allergy.

Is cotton a good choice for diabetic socks?

It comes down to what you value. Cotton feels soft and familiar. The American Diabetes Association suggests synthetic fabric or wool to pull moisture away, so if your feet sweat a lot, change socks during the day or consider another fiber. Our fabric comparison sets out the trade-offs.

Caring for cotton socks
